A tangy light lemon pudding made with fresh lemons. This pudding separates out when baked leaving a delicious sauce at the bottom.
Serve with fresh cream.

Ingredients

Butter, sugar, eggs, flour, fresh lemon 16%, Milk, icing sugar.
IMPORTANT: This product contains gluten, eggs, wheat. Made in a nut environment.
Gluten Free Option: Uses flour made from rice, potato, tapioca, maize & buckwheat

Storage & Heating Instructions

Store in a refrigerator. Can be frozen for up to 2 mths. Defrost at room temperature for approx 1hr consume within 2 days.
Serve warm by heating to 180°C for approx. 10min.
